Cultivate energy and equanimity with this 60minute, fitness-based practice that infuses Vinyasa Yoga with light-weight training + cardio bursts to give you a fun-yet-challenging, full-body-and-mind workout.
Bring Your Own Props: 2-5 lb hand weights (if you don’t have weights get creative with canned goods or water bottles), yoga blocks, towel (plan to sweat!), don’t forget drinking water
Weights are ALWAYS optional, you will definitely still benefit from this practice without them, and modifications are always offered (and welcome) so that everyone can enjoy. Expect to move, but rest assured that we will always make time for some slowing down + stillness towards the end.
