Wake up early and roll out your mat with the sun to honor the Summer Solstice and to ignite your inner light, letting it shine bright for the world. I'll be leading a 108 #GLOWFlow Summer Solstice Event on Saturday, June 24th. We'll meet at El Faro de Rincon at 6:30am. We'll begin our 108 Sun Salutes together and eventually work our way into a personal, meditative practice. This is a FREE Event with any donations benefiting the Go Light Our World Solar Projects. ANDDDDDDDD following the practice I will be giving away TWO DISCOUNTED SPACES for the upcoming GLOW ADVENTURE BALI RETREAT that's happening October 9-15.
