RINCON, PR: Roll out your mat with me on the First Sunday of every Month (9:30-11a) for a Community Yoga Class outside at the Lighthouse by Domes Beach. These monthly meet-ups are intended to help build, grow and bridge the local + visiting yoga communities, as well as to help raise awareness and donations for local organizations and people doing positive things in the community. Donations are not mandatory, and everyone is welcome to join the practice. Bring a yoga mat or a towel - I have extra mats to share - and don’t forget drinking water and an open heart :)

This month is dedicated to The Puerto Rico Dog Fund, a locally run 501c3 nonprofit committed to “ending the overpopulation of stray, unwanted, and abused dogs in Puerto Rico through education, mass sterilization, and partnering with rescue organizations in the US and England to place dogs in their forever homes.” Check out their website here for more information, other ways to get involved, dogs looking for forever homes, and a link to donate if you can’t make the class.
