FEBRUARY WELLNESS WORKSHOP:
MFR FOR AN OPEN HEART

Unravel tension in the chest, shoulders, and upper back through myofascial release (aka self-massage) techniques and gentle movement. Explore how these tools and techniques can help to create more freedom in these commonly restricted areas, providing greater range of motion, deepened breathing, and a sensation of spaciousness around the heart. Look at this workshop as an opportunity to add more tools to your self-care toolbox.

In-person spaces will be limited, or join in online. If you can’t make the time slot, let me know and I’ll be glad to send you a recording which you’ll have access to for one week.
