Weekly mfr & mobility flow classes
at my home deck
Class Description: Explore myofascial release (MFR) techniques paired with intentional and dynamic movement and mobility-focused drills to support you in feeling strong, supple, and connected — minimizing risk of injury in sports, training, and life.
Suggested Props: 2 therapy/tennis balls, 1-2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap and/or towel.
We’ll use a variety of props, so there will be extra available to share!
Limited to 12 people per class.
