Mats and blocks are provided – bringing your own is recommended
Safe shelter, AC, water & bathrooms inside of the space (room for 20+ students)
No previous experience is required, or knowledge of yoga or meditation

LOCATION
The shop is located behind the 1 to Seven / Green Room building on the 115
Park in the dirt lot next to The Green Room (not behind)
Walk to the back of the building to find a large white door – the shop is located on the top floor of the building, facing the road – we will be there to greet you!
Please try to arrive a few minutes early – doors close 5 minutes after the start of class for building safety purposes
