Wow... It's been a while since I've posted on the Blog! I apologize for my absence, but these past five months have been a little insane.
My world was flipped upside down... Life as I knew it was changed forever... The "unknown" became a part of my daily life... And in all honesty I went into a bit of a survival mode... For a while, things got weird.... But things have gotten better. And to be really, really honest, I'm grateful for this whole experience. It's taught me SO much. And I promise I will share soon. But I'm still processing, so I will share when I feel ready and once I find the words.
So for now, I'll break the absence and I'll keep it light! With something I promised months ago --- here's a NEW Yoga Playlist that I've put together to share with you all.
