Some days nothing feels better than turning on some music, rolling out a yoga mat, and allowing yourself to flow freely.
This playlist is for those days.
I think the music inspires a well-rounded Vinyasa yoga practice. “Misty Morning” by Sol Rising is the perfect setting for checking in and easing into your practice. Start to get things moving to the sounds of Beauvois, Yoste, and Petit Biscuit, with one of my current favorite songs - “Zanzibar” by Kamaliza - to encourage some playful sequencing before transitioning into some longer holds and/or deeper postures. Begin to slow things down with Henry Green’s rendition of “Electric Feel,” and enjoy a short-but-sweet, 5 1/2 minute savasana to the classically inspired sounds of Jon Hopkins “Recovery.”
So, what are you waiting for??
Roll out your yoga mat and get moving. You know you’ll thank yourself once you do :)
