Today I was having a conversation with two of my close friends about how much our yoga practices have shifted over the years.
Where we were all hardcore power yogis at the beginning, now we find ourselves favoring a more gentle, restorative side of the practice. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE Vinyasa yoga. It’s my preferred style to practice. But, over the years, both my personal practice and classes have definitely transitioned from Power Vinyasa Flow to Gentle Vinyasa Flow, and THIS playlist here is a lovely soundtrack to inspire a little bit of mellow movement.
