Weekly Roll & Restore classes
at my home deck
Class Description: This class combines gentle self-massage techniques with restorative postures, nourishing breath work, and space for introspection and meditation to encourage deep rest and promote body-wide recovery and rejuvenation.
Suggested Props: 2 therapy/tennis balls, 1-2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap, a bolster or pillow, and a blanket or a towel.
We’ll use a variety of props, so there will be extra available to share!
Limited to 12 people per class.
