Follow your breath.
Watch it as it enters your body and fills up your lung with sweet, fresh, pure air.
With each inhale you’re breathing in new energy.
And with each exhale you are letting go of all the things that no longer serve you.
Stay with your breath.
Be with your breath.
Begin to go deeper into your breath.
Slow it down.
Do you notice that little pause you take before breathing in and before breathing out?
Linger in those spaces and honor the in-between moments where you may not be doing much, but you are simply experiencing being…
And that’s an absolutely beautiful thing.
Surrender to your breath and let the breath wash over your entire being.
A sort of safety blanket you carry with you everywhere you go.
One that lets you know: Everything is going to be OK.
Trust your breath.
Let it guide you, let it ground you.
Let it be that reminder that you are so strong and you are so powerful, and you are meant to be walking around on this planet we call Earth.
And whenever you feel yourself lost, scared, confused, tired or sad,
Come back to your breath.
Relax with your breath.
It is always there to support you.
“The practice is simply this: keep coming back to your breath during the day. Just take a moment. This will give your mind steadiness and your breath a gracefulness… There’s so much to let go of, isn’t there? Your nostalgia and your regrets. Your fantasies and your fears. What you think you want instead of what is happening right now. Breathe…”
