A Fresh Schedule with New Classes for 2021

It’s a New Year and life is still kinda weird so why not go ahead and switch things up a little bit!?

I’m really excited about this new weekly schedule that features 3 different group classes: a Flow, Yin + MFR, and a NEW Sculpt Yoga classes. All three classes are offered both in-person (limited spaces) and online. If you’re in a different time zone and can’t make it to the live offering, I’ll send you a recording of the class to practice along to (for up to 1 week!). MONDAYS AT 12PM AST: 60MIN. VINYASA FLOW YOGA (ZEN DEN)

Gift yourself a mid-day boost every Monday with an hour-long Vinyasa Flow practice that will focus on bringing more mindfulness into our movement. We’ll explore the mind-body connection as we integrate yoga asana (postures) with pranayama (breath work), often incorporating some meditation and maybe even some myofascial release! Plan to leave class (hopefully) feeling re-invigorated and with a crystal clarity for the rest of your week ahead. Props are always encouraged.

WEDNESDAYS AT 6PM AST: 60MIN. YIN YOGA + MFR (CENTRO LA PAZ)

Unravel tension, release stress, and restore energy with this 60minute class that combines the introspective practice of Yin yoga with self-massage techniques known as Myofascial Release (MFR). Think of this class as a reset button for the middle of your week. Props are always encouraged!

SATURDAYS AT 10AM AST: 60MIN. SCULPT YOGA (ZEN DEN)

Cultivate energy and equanimity with this 60minute, fitness-based practice that infuses Vinyasa Yoga with light-weight training + cardio bursts to give you a fun-yet-challenging, full-body-and-mind workout. Weights are ALWAYS optional, you will definitely still benefit without them, and modifications are always offered (and welcome) so that everyone can enjoy. Expect to move, but rest assured that we will always make time for some slowing down + stillness towards the end.
