Join Cait for a special 60min. Yang-to-Yin Flow to “be healthy, get active,” and support Boarding 4 Breast Cancer’s (B4BC) mission to prepare young people with education on early detection, to promote the importance of maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle as the best means of breast cancer prevention, and to provide survivor support for those affected by breast cancer.
Pull yourself out of your head and into your body through the potent combination of breathwork, mindful movement, and introspection. This hour-long Yang-to-Yin Flow is half Vinyasa (a practice of syncing the movement with the breath) and half Yin (a more restorative and introspective practice, closer to the floor, with longer held postures), and sequenced with the intention to support you in cultivating a sense of presence, balance, and harmony in both body and mind.
Other than yourself and a yoga mat, you'll just want to have a thick blanket or towel nearby. Any other props you practice with are always welcome! Open to all levels of practice.
This class is donation-based and will be offered both in-person and online. If you’re joining in online, the Zoom link will be sent to you in your donation receipt. If you’re joining in person, send me an email and let me know as space is limited!
