Hey friends! It’s been a while. I figured it’s a good time to fill you in on what I’ve been up to…
In all honesty, I’ve been focusing more on energy management & leaning into living slowly, simply, and with intention.
I’ve scaled back my teaching (& posting) a little bit to focus more on quality over quantity. There is a lot of noise in the yoga & wellness world and I don’t necessarily believe that speaking louder is the best way to get anyone’s point across.
Plus, the practice of yoga — intentional movement, stillness, mindfulness — speaks volumes for itself, and no matter how loud the world of wellness gets around me, I must always remember that to be true.
Add in the hustle culture that’s so prevalent in our society, it can feel exhausting to try and keep up with everyone and everything. And no matter how much awareness around it, it’s still really really easy to get sucked into the cycle.
I’ve had to take a step back from it all in order to reconnect to my practice and to get clear around what’s really important for me, what I want to focus my energy and attention on, and what it is I want to share.

I know that my way of being and that my style of teaching aren’t for everyone, and I’m learning to be OK with that. And as I learn to let go, I realize it just makes more space for finding the people that I vibe with.
So I also want to extend the most heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone that has supported me over the years in ways big & small. Eleven years has seemed to fly by! I’ve learned a ton and still have so much room to grow. But that is the practice, that is life.
I’m no longer trying to keep up, instead I’m just happily focused on walking my own unique path.
