Get out of your head and into your body through fluid yet mindful movement, intentional breath work, and moments of introspection. This 75min. Vinyasa Flow class will be fun, playful, and likely to build a little tapas (heat). We’ll use that fire as a way to burn away all of the things we don't want to carry with us from the week - tension, stress, limiting beliefs - and laying down fresh earth to step onto once it's time to step off our mats. All levels are welcome, but a knowledge of yoga asana (postures) may be helpful. Props are always recommended.
