I’ve been a fan of The Salty Club platform since the pandemic made online, at-home workouts the thing to do, and I’m obsessed with their variety of offerings, from yoga and surf-specific workouts to nutrition, empowerment, and a strong sense of community. I’m also honored to say that I have a few classes featured on their platform as well!
And as The Salty Club continues to evolve and grow, I’m beyond excited to share that I will be leading some LIVE classes, a new feature for their yearly subscribers, alongside some other incredibly talented women around the globe.
You can roll out your mat with me EVERY WEDNESDAY at 7:30am EST for a 30-45minute Yoga for Surfers class! I consider this class is a “cross-training flow” that blends together functional movement with therapeutic applications and mindfulness techniques to support you in feeling good and moving well — both out in the water and on land!
Classes will vary in focus, ranging from mobility work and myofascial release to mindset, active recovery, strengthening, coordination, and finding flow…
And, if you’re not a surfer, no worries! Because this class will benefit human beings in general.
Occasionally you will need some props that can easily be found in your home :)
