Kickstart your morning with some feel-good mobility work paired with an invigorating-yet-grounding breathing practice, and notice how it carries you through the rest of your day!
This under 30-minute class begins with some mindful movement to help clear out any neurologic “static” from sleeping and to boost circulation as a way to wake up your body, warm up your joints, and get everything online and ready to support you for your day. We’ll finish up with an invigorating-yet-grounding breathing practice and a brief moment of meditation before you head out into your day.
While this practice is a morning mobility flow, it could also be used anytime during your day that you need to move your body and refocus your attention.
You won’t need any props for this practice, but we will begin & end in a seated position, so a block or a cushion might come in handy. We will also be doing a few lunges and forward folds, so a block or something to lift the floor up to your could be helpful as well.
