My practice on the mat prepares me (& restores me) for the things I do off of the mat. And surfing is most definitely one of those things.
I’m stoked to have teamed up with prAna for National Yoga Month to share with y’all a 30min. Yoga for Surfers practice that will help get the body warm & awake while also cultivating a clear, calm & focused mind for your surf, or for your day.
Even though this is a surf-focused flow, you most definitely don’t have to be a surfer to benefit. We’ll be doing some yummy stuff for the shoulders, spine & hips... So this could be great as a morning flow, pre-training or sport, or even as a midday energizer if you’ve been working at your desk all day or need to get hyped for an evening session.
