Let’s get clear about our goals for the new year (and new decade!) and bring intention into our actions through mindfulness practices and unique journaling techniques at the beautiful, high-vibe space of Ocean State of Mind in downtown Rincon.

The workshop will begin with a little movement, lead into a short meditation, and will be followed by introspective and unique journal prompts and techniques to manifest our most powerful year ahead!!
