Group Class: Yoga for Surfers + Athletes

This weekly group class will explore a variety of movement modalities, therapeutic applications, and mindfulness techniques to support you in your sport (and in life) to feel good and move well! Each class will be unique and range in focus from mobility and myofascial release to cross-training, mental resilience, enhancing recovery and reducing risk of injury. And don’t let the class name intimidate you: If you have a body, you’re an athlete! This class is open to all levels. Props always encouraged.
