Adapting to our current reality, since we can’t meet in person, roll out your mat with me from home! I’ll be leading a 60minute Vinyasa Yoga class every Wednseday at 5pm over on the Centro La Paz Facebook Page. I’ll also be streaming the class through Zoom, so if you’d like that link and password, send me an email here.

This will be an all-levels class using minimal props. With that being said, if you don’t have “yoga props” at home, remember you can get creative with stuff you have around the house - metal water bottles, books, pillows, cushions, blankets, and towels all make great yoga props!
