This online yoga class is an all-levels, Gentle Flow & Restore practice that will focus on balancing & restoring energy, calming the mind, and rejuvenating the body through asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), meditation, and self-myofascial release (MFR or self-massage). Occasionally, we will be using props that can easily be found around your home.
CLASS COST: $10
