This class is an all-levels, Gentle Flow & Restore practice that will focus on balancing & restoring energy, calming the mind, and rejuvenating the body through asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), meditation, and self-myofascial release (MFR or self-massage). Props are welcome and encouraged!

Mat placements will be marked on the floor.
- Please do not bring children.
- Please arrive on time. Reception area will be limited to 2 people.

- No assists or hands-on adjustments will be provided by the instructors.
