Welcome 2022 and embody your greatness in a New Year’s Day yoga class at my house at a special time, 11am.
Like many of my classes, this 60-minute practice will blend mindful movement with breath work and meditation/visualization to support you in tapping into your inner strength, resiliency, and ability to focus as we step foot into a new year full of potential and possibility. If it’s in your practice, please feel free to bring a journal so you can jot down any insights that arrive before, during, or after the class.
