The first of a monthly workshop series called, The Self-Care Club, this Nervous System Reset will explore accessible myofascial release techniques, breathing practices, and gentle, mindful movement to dissolve stress and to support the nervous system.
This workshop will not only be restorative in nature, but my goal is that you’ll also leave with some new tools to add to your self-care tool kit, in hopes that you can pull them out and use them anytime you feel like stress is creeping in and funking up your flow.
This specialty workshop is open to all levels of practice — no prior yoga, MFR, or breathwork experience necessary. All that’s required is an open mind and an open heart. Please understand that in-person space is limited, and this workshop will not be offered online, so if you plan to attend I highly recommend reserving your spot.
Please bring a yoga mat and a towel, and be sure to wear comfy clothes. If you have the following props, bring them, if not I have extra to share: 2 therapy/tennis balls, 2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap, a bolster or extra towels.
