Physically, yoga can help to support the nervous, lymphatic, and circulatory systems, as well as prevent injury and encourage healthy tissue adaptation. Mentally, yoga can support an athlete in feeling more connected with their bodies. The class will be about an hour long and is open to everyone! No prior yoga experience is required.
