Gift yourself a mid-day boost every Monday with a 60minute Vinyasa Flow practice that will focus on bringing more mindfulness into our movement. We’ll explore the mind-body connection as we integrate yoga asana (postures) with pranayama (breath work), often incorporating some meditation and maybe some myofascial release! Plan to leave class (hopefully) feeling re-invigorated and with a crystal clarity for the rest of your week ahead.
Bring Your Own Props: 1-2 yoga blocks, 1-2 therapy balls, yoga strap, towel.
Props aren’t necessary, but might be helpful for practice!
