An hour-long, midday "Movement & Mindfulness" session geared towards getting your body and mind tuned in and feeling good for your week ahead. Sessions will typically include meditation, breath work, and a combination of yoga asana (postures) and functional movement. This class is open to all-levels of practice but some knowledge of yoga asana may be helpful!
