Whoever said “slow is smooth and smooth is fast” had it right. And while it’s nice to think that multi-tasking is a skill, we are most efficient when slow down enough to get present, teaching our minds to focus on one thing at a time. Let’s explore this mind-body connection through breath-centric movement, mindfulness practices, and maybe some myofascial release (MFR).
Props are always welcome and encouraged!
Bring Your Own Props: 1-2 yoga blocks, 1-2 therapy balls, yoga strap, towel.
Props aren’t necessary, but might be helpful for practice!
